M0xy Studios - Oakland

In the heart of Jingletown is a warehouse, formerly a steel factory, which is a bastion of creativity for Oakland artists. Much like artists do everywhere, Julia saw shops made with unpainted OSB and saw opportunity. Over the span of a year, these plain boxes were transformed into an enchanted set of studios for both Subverse, a leather hat and accessory company, and Cackles in Gay, a photo studio.
